When will I know my appointment time? Where do I go for my appointment on show day?

We will email you your appt time 1 week prior to the show!

How do I pay for my appt?

We only accept payment via VENMO or PAYPAL. Payment must be paid in full in order to reserve appointment.

 

Can I tan after my Hair and Makeup appt?

YES. Be sure to tell your tanner not to tan your face. We will give you a complimentary shower cap for your hair.

 

Should I bring any of my own makeup/hair tools?

NO. We will provide all Hair and Makeup products needed to create your perfect stage look!

 

Do I get touchups?

YES. Team LG Makeup will be onsite until 7pm for touchups IF we are the sponsored H&M team! If we are not sponsoring the show we WILL NOT do touchups.

 

Do I get lashes?

YES. You will receive false lashes to add volume to your stage look!

 

Will you put in my clip-in extensions? Should my hair be dirty?

YES we will install your clip ins. Hair should be dried and ready for styling. Hair may be one day unwashed.

 

What if I need to cancel my appointment? Do I receive a refund?

If you need to cancel your appointment PLEASE do so ATLEAST 2 WEEKS before your show. You will receive a 100% refund. Any appointments canceled after deadline will NOT receive a refund.
